If you're here, it means you're wondering how to participate, so we'll try and make it easy!

STEP ONE:
Create your content! We've provided a list of prompts for you to cover the entire posting week, but you don't need to use all of them at once.

We've provided 'tiers' of prompts for fun and for people to have a bit more variety - please don't force yourself to use all of the day 1 prompts in a single piece of content if you don't want to, just use the one that speaks most!

You also do not have to take part in every day of the week. If you only want to take part using day three's prompts, that's totally okay! Please do the event at a pace that suits you, as it's all about having fun and sharing the love of the ship.

STEP TWO:
Post your content on the day in question! You can post directly on twitter, or upload to another site like AO3 in the case of fic, or use any of the many art-hosting websites.

2a: Make sure to use one of the event hashtags if you make a twitter post advertising your work! That way, we'll be able to retweet it. If you're creating a SFW piece, please use #ChiscaraWeek21. If you've created an E-rated piece (or are following the NSFW prompts) please use #NSFWChiscaraWeek21. We won't retweet NSFW tweets that are missing that specific hashtag.

If posting on ao3, please use "Chiscara Week '21" in your additional tags section! We'll be able to make a collection of the works on ao3 if you make them easy for us to find this way, and any users of ao3 will be able to find all the works easily too just by clicking the tag.

If you can't post on the specific day of the week, or even during the week itself - this is totally fine! The mods will continue to monitor the hashtag usage, DMs and any @mentions we get for a while after the week ends and we'll be happy to retweet your content when we see it, even if it's 'late'.

Please also feel free to re-promote any old or existing work for the ship if you feel it fits the prompt for the day - we'll retweet it anyway if you give us an @!
